Bringing the Show to Communities That Matter
At Showtime Karaoke, we believe great experiences should do more than entertain. They should bring people together, create lasting memories, and strengthen the communities we serve.
Through the Showtime Karaoke Community Impact Program, we provide qualifying schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, community groups, families, and other mission aligned organizations with opportunities to receive discounted, sponsored, or donated event services.
Whether you're celebrating students, supporting families, raising awareness, recognizing volunteers, or creating a meaningful community experience, we want to hear how Showtime Karaoke can help.

Support is based on eligibility, event needs, availability, and available Community Impact resources.

Showtime Karaoke was built around bringing people together. Our Community Impact Program allows us to use what we do best to support organizations and causes making a difference in the communities we serve.
Community Impact support may include:
Donated Services
Full or partial donation of qualifying Showtime Karaoke services for selected events and organizations.
Community Sponsorships
Event support provided as part of a collaborative community partnership.
Discounted Services
Special Community Impact pricing for qualifying organizations and events when a full donation or sponsorship is not available.
Support may be available for select Showtime Karaoke services, including karaoke experiences, photo booths, outdoor movies, yard games, DJ and entertainment services, and Sole Euphony Silent Disco by Showtime Karaoke.
Showtime Karaoke supports organizations and initiatives that strengthen communities, create meaningful experiences, and positively impact the people they serve.
Schools & Educators
School celebrations, student recognition, educational programs, PTO and PTA events, and other student centered initiatives.
Nonprofits & Charitable Organizations
Organizations serving their communities through charitable, educational, humanitarian, or social programs.
Churches & Faith Based Organizations
Community outreach, youth programs, family events, fellowship activities, and other qualifying community initiatives.
Exceptionalities & Special Needs Organizations
Programs and organizations creating inclusive experiences and opportunities for individuals with exceptionalities and their families.
Families & Special Circumstances
Select requests involving families experiencing hardship, extraordinary circumstances, or meaningful community supported occasions.
Community Organizations
Neighborhood associations, youth organizations, community programs, and organizations hosting events that provide a measurable community benefit.

Applications are reviewed based on community impact, alignment with our program priorities, requested services, event date, availability, and available Community Impact resources. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or a specific level of support.

Our team will review your Community Impact request and determine whether Showtime Karaoke can participate and what level of support may be available.
Approved applicants will receive information regarding the services being provided, the value of the Community Impact contribution, and any remaining responsibilities or requirements associated with the event.
Community Impact Program Guidelines
Community Impact support is provided at the discretion of Showtime Karaoke and is subject to availability. Applications are evaluated individually, and submission does not guarantee approval.
Priority may be given to programs supporting youth, education, individuals with exceptionalities or special needs, community outreach, and organizations providing a meaningful benefit to the communities they serve.
Showtime Karaoke reserves the right to determine the type and amount of support provided. Approved support may consist of donated services, partial sponsorship, discounted services, or another form of in kind support.
